Woooo, Ifinished my voice-overs on Saurday afternoon. Here's the low-down though:

Fabiola, a girl working on the project, was actually supposed to be the one doing the voice, but Dany, the sound manager, couldn't get her to cooperate and come down at a set date and time (something like that) to record her voice. Sooo, Linda (academic-director-awesome-woman) had emailed me asn asked me to do the part for the team and I emailed Dany right awy and scheduled a time.

Anyroad, I was at school and downstairs in the recording room wit Dany and Jack and Johnny when Dany gets a mesage from Fabi saying she wants to do the part.

Long story shrt,I did my voice over stuff and Dany said he'd email me a contract for me to sign so I could be inuded in the game credits, and it would state that I was an official member of the production team. Huzzah! Even though, you know, I only spoke 4 pages of dialog it still covers 7 checkpoints throughout the game. BuuuuutI might not get my voice in there because Fabi recorded hers too and Dany said he'd take the better of the two.

Either way, it was still amazingly fun and great experience too! Dany told me that I can use it on my resume (hella awesome good stuff for job seeking!) and I know when I get to Advanced Prototyping (I think thats the name of the class, but I'm probably wrong) I want to do the voice over work for ourgame there as well!

Who knows? Maybe ya'll hear my voice in games in the future. How cool would that be?!

Blarg, so thats one project down, a bazillion more to go. But hey, I'm getting somewhere and it's good to see a checkmark on my list.
